Key Account sales, Calendar Management, Research, Portfolio Management, Business development, Cold Calling, Quoting and Invoicing, Travel Arrangements
Responsibilities Include:
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with all email, CRM correspondence and phone calls to the CEO’s office
Managing diaries, booking meetings, personal appointments, gatekeeping to the CEO’s office
Booking travel, transport and accommodation, managing itinerary
Organizing events and conferences
Reminder scheduling of all important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining SOP’s and administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Collating and filing expenses
Perform record-keeping of company documents
Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
Take meeting minutes and follow-up on action items
Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
Quoting & Invoicing
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Research accounts identify key players and generate interest
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Ensuring all accounts managed by me have been settled by the client
