I was previously a business partner, working Office Manager and Strategic Account Manager. I am lucky enough to have been with the company for a number of years and helped the business grow from strength to strength.
I fulfilled a number of key responsibilities ranging from administration, calendar management, sales, marketing, brand management, customer communication, staff training, human resources and accounts payable.
I’m truly passionate about my role and enjoy every aspect. With that said, if I had to choose the most rewarding part of my position, it would be working with clients and helping their ideas come to life which is always the fun part. I take great pride in my work and the team I work with. Their successes and development within the company give me great pride and I value the memories I have made with them and the lasting bonds we formed.
One of the hardest things I’ve had to overcome, in my previous position, was growing the company in South Africa’s challenging economic climate. Major challenges have also been changing the company culture and building a strong team that works together and mirrors the culture which we all wanted within our company. It took a number of years and I am extremely proud of the company and the team that I worked with.
During my first year we achieved a 47.5% growth rate. This shows how impactful hiring the right people for a job can be. I also helped grow the division Wrap Vehicles to 70% of the
business’s yearly turnover during my time with the company.
