within SLA.

Handle cases to the highest standard of customer care and resolve them satisfactorily and
in accordance with FCA and TCF principles.

Monitoring relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.

Receiving and managing complaints directly, via telephone, email, and social media.

Proactively managing claimant feedback in the interest of the business and continuous
improvement.

Resolving escalated queries before they become a complaint.

Manage the process relating to customer complaints and/or disputes.

Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs.

Providing data to management regarding client feedback.
