Overall Practice Marketing & Brand-building:

_ Leads all industry branding and marketing strategies in the Media & Entertainment (M&E) Industry sector which played a pivotal role in driving double-digit growth in Communications and Media industry practice revenue in FY22.

_ Works closely with the practice lead and other Senior Managing Directors to develop and deliver global integrated marketing campaigns that support the practice’s commercial goals, drive solution awareness and promote leader positioning.

_ Manages marketing budgeting to ensure a strong return on marketing investment.

_ Manages MarTech platforms to inform campaign success and adjust efforts in order to maximize impact.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

_ Oversees the implementation of the digital marketing strategy to support in business development and lead generation, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, global and local events, digital marketing, PR, and social media.

_ Oversees digital strategy and implementation (SEO, digital magazine, web and blog strategy, Eloqua email campaigns, Google Ads, Sprinklr, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn social presence) to align to practice objectives and support lead generation.

_ Conceptualised, launched and manages editorial calendar for digital industry magazine “M&E Spotlight” which combines business leader videos, thought leadership, client case stories and the latest trends, tools and technologies to position Accenture’s M&E practice as the consulting partner of choice.

_ Teams with research practice and creative agencies to conceptualise the scoping, data collection, data analysis, authoring, design and production of insights to position the practice in the market. Recent iconic thought leadership “Reinvent for Growth” launched Dec ’22 driving significant client relationship building opportunities and media presence around CES.

_ Works with subject matter experts to create client success stories in various formats – overall story, blogs, video, infographics, animation, podcast, graphics, etc. for storytelling across digital marketing channels. Recent case stories created and launched: Disney Digital Twins & Globo MediaTech Transformation.

_ Ensures the practice has all relevant economic and commercial insights to provide fact-based commentary on the global Communications and Media industry and sectors.

Product/Solution Strategy:

_ Collaborates with sales, product and offering development teams to communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of solutions in Metaverse, Sustainability, Cloud, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Advertising, Digital Video, 5G, etc through product brochures, landing pages, video explainers, virtual and physical demos and client conversation decks.

Event Strategy & Management:

_ Manages Accenture’s event strategy and presence (speaker and panel sessions, client and partner meetings, demo booths and networking receptions) at key M&E events during the year (MWC, CES, NAB, IBC etc.) to achieve successful ROI.

_ Conceptualizes and manages panel and speaker sessions, booth experiences, demo and client programming. Recent presence managed at IBC (Global Broadcasting Event in Amsterdam with 37K global attendees).

_ Pitches for keynote speaker opportunities to position Accenture leaders

_ Authors award submissions for successfully positioning the practice’s work with their clients. Recent showcase awarded.

Media Relations Strategy & Management:

_ Partners with Media Relations team and PR Agency to develop and implement the media strategy, overseeing press releases and working closely with clients to tell our joint success stories in the market.

Analyst Relations Strategy & Management:

_ Partners with Analyst Relations team to develop and implement the analyst strategy with Gartner, IDC, Forrester etc.

_ Teams to answer RFIs and create industry practice briefing decks to share technical and strategic data relating to Accenture’s M&E products and services.

Team Management:

_ Leads geographic-based marketing managers on execution of M&E marketing strategies, localisation of thought leadership, client success stories and local events and digital campaigns.

_ Manages internal and external creative agencies to develop corporate and campaign visual identities and their application across marketing assets (video, whitepapers, newsletters, client proposals and conversation decks, social media assets).

Partner Marketing:

_ Conceptualises and implements partner marketing campaigns (webinars, co-branded materials, events etc.) with ecosystem partners such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce. Leader-led Positioning Strategy & Implementation:
