Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the service with the aim of ensuring their success and helping grow our customer base.
• Serve as the HubSpot Marketing Hub onboarding/training lead for customers, managing their experience and enabling them to achieve their desired objectives with HubSpot
• Evaluate a customer’s marketing, current tech stack, and business objectives in order to define their implementation roadmap
• Define the future state processes and customer journey(s) that will govern how HubSpot should be implemented for clients
• Guide customers through product configuration, campaign set up, technical integrations, reporting, and user adoption activities
• Contribute to the growth by improving processes, defining new services, and mentoring team members
• Consult a wide variety of businesses on how they can get more from their HubSpot investment and creatively solve marketing/sales/service challenges using HubSpot’s toolset
• Implement recommendations within HubSpot? Provide best practices within the tool
• Help clients with HubSpot audits and basic HubSpot troubleshooting
