Treasury Support and Financial Management: Maintenance and updating of all financial records

 

Maintaining of all registers

 

Purification and verification of debtor database

 

Budget Control

 

Financial Management advise to the Council

 

Business Processes

 

Assistance with the monitoring of transformation activities

 

Strategic Planning

 

Implementation of credit, indigent, FBS and other policies

 

Liaison with Creditors and advise to Council

 

Integration of Management Information systems

 

Development and verification of systems, procedures and by-laws

 

Verification of all existing contracts and leases

 

Assistance with the implementation of Legislation

 

Service delivery planning, execution and control

 

Supervision and performance assessment

 

Management reporting

 

Human Resources: Delegation of functions and powers

 

Development and implementation of Human resources policies and procedures

 

Finalisation of organisational structures

 

Finalise outcome-based job descriptions

 

Implementation of performance appraisal management systems
