    I am a vivacious and extroverted young woman who has extensive working experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Customer Service and Admin Assistant – Debtors & Creditors. I also have a demonstrated history of working in the e-commerce, office automation and construction industry. I am a strong professional with a Diploma in Bookkeeping & Payroll, Office Administration focused on Typing, various Microsoft Office packages, internet & email, manual bookkeeping, Pastel, VIP Payroll and AccPac from CAD Training Centre in Cape Town CBD. I have also completed two certifications through Alison online; namely Business Administration (Working with customers and Teams) and Retail Management (Merchandising, Sales and Customer Communications). I am also currently studying towards my Diploma in Customer Services and my Diploma in Bookkeeping and Payroll which I am also doing through Alison.
