Which tasks can a RooCruit VA handle?
Our clients are using our VAs to handle simple and complex tasks. From updating documents to managing large scale projects our resources are assigned according to the brief of our clients.
If I use RooCruit will I always be assigned the same VA?
Yes. We encourage clients to treat their RooCruit pro in the same way they would an internal member of the team. Feel free to create a work email for them, add them to internal team channels on Slack and communicate directly with them via WhatsApp
Is there a contract?
Our contracts are monthly rolling. We request 7 days notice period to cancel.
What if I don’t get on with the VA I have been assigned?
Our model only works if our clients and resources are happy. In the event you no longer wish to continue with your pro we will assign a replacement free of charge and any remaining hours will be credited to the next person.
What are the payment terms?
We kindly request clients pay monthly in advance. We act like an Escrow account which helps to reassure the Part-Time Pro that payment has been made and will be released once the work has been delivered. It also provides an opportunity for our clients to raise any issues before payment is processed to the pro.
