Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential clients in the healthcare and dental sectors, focusing on practices that could benefit from the company’s paperless patient intake solutions.

 

Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media platforms, effectively communicating the value of the company’s services to potential customers.

 

Appointment Scheduling: Set up qualified appointments for the sales team by nurturing leads and transitioning prospects from interest to sales engagement.

 

CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), tracking all interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.

 

Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with account executives and other sales team members to refine pitches and optimize outreach strategies.

 

Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through discovery calls, identifying client needs and matching them to the company’s features.

 

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the company’s software solutions and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
