I have been in various positions, and have gained skills and knowledge in numerous areas over the last 5 years, I am willing and eager to broaden my knowledge in any aspect required. I have been working online (remotely) for the past 4-5 years and also have experience in an office setting, though I do prefer the remote setting, in my current remote position I have been working 6-7 hours a day. I am hardworking, honest and focused on my career; I like to challenge myself and meet goals I set for myself. I strive for success, thus I do everything to the best of my abilities. I am currently employed as a Community Manager/ Operations Director. During my employment at this firm I have gained working knowledge in IFRS for SME’s and completed my SAIPA Logbook.

Key Responsibilities: Startup applications to the programme, this included reaching out to numerous startups within the criteria of the open applications (over different countries in the world) and encouraging them to apply to the programme

 

Screening and selection of the top candidates for the open application

 

Presenting selected applicants to the EBRD

 

Arranging and hosting online pitch events to showcase the top candidates (this included preparing documentation for the panel attending)

 

Collecting and presenting panel decisions to the EBRD teams and informing all applied startups about the selections

 

Onboarding startups to the programme

 

Preparation of proposals and contracts

 

Engaging with the startups throughout the programme and providing them with support based on the contracts with the EBRD

 

Enrolling new mentors into the programme to support the startups on different problem areas within their businesses

 

I have helped to onboard more than 400 startups and new mentors to the programme
