Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire printing production process, including layout design, printing operations, and quality control to ensure high standards and consistency across all projects.
Implement cost-saving measures by optimizing workflows, managing resources effectively, and identifying areas for operational improvement.
Maintain and troubleshoot HP, Konica Minolta, and Roland printing machines, ensuring they are in peak working condition to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on printing equipment, including routine checks, calibration, and repairs, to ensure all machinery operates efficiently.
Work hands-on with HP, Konica Minolta, and Roland printers, ensuring precise execution of printing tasks and meeting production deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure design layouts meet technical specifications and client expectations.
Monitor and report on production timelines, quality control, and cost-efficiency to upper management.
