Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all aspects of our buy-side and sell-side real estate transactions.
Coach sales staff in plot progression
Ensure compliance and review of all paperwork related to a transaction.
Host a weekly sales progression call with Company solicitors.
To attend weekly Build/Sales meetings providing an update on reserved and exchanged plot progress.
Drive time-sensitive, detail-oriented tasks from offer to close for each of our transactions.
Create and share a transaction timeline with key dates for all parties involved.
Swift Management of all challenges that may arise to ensure a stellar client experience as well as guiding agents to deliver a client-centric service.
Identify risks to a given transaction and work with counterparties to eliminate those risks.
Solve any problems that arise with creativity and a sense of urgency.
Work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously with moving parts for various agents.
Collaborate with the team to handle 10+ transactions a month.
