Job Title: Executive Assistant and Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities: Efficiently schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for executives, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.

Handle all aspects of travel arrangements for executives’ business trips, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless logistics.

Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

Assist with meeting preparations by organizing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials to participants.

Utilize graphic design skills to create and edit business documents with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Safeguard confidential and sensitive information, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.

Build and nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with executives to manage and monitor ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion.

Handle administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, managing equipment, and coordinating maintenance requests.

Provide additional assistance as needed, including research, data analysis, and ad-hoc tasks to support executives’ needs.
