I am a customer-driven individual who takes pride in contributing towards the goals of an organization. I previously worked as a customer care agent and have since changed roles to move into the Instrumentation and Control (Engineering) space. I am a fast and diligent learner and can study and implement technical knowledge on the job.
Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, communications on the executive’s behalf.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
Performing Minor Accounting duties.
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, handling reminders and organizing catering when nessessary.
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Arrange travel plans.
Take meeting minutes .
Screen potential sales- qualifying/disqualifying
Updating CRM
