Job Title: Head Of Donor Recruitment

Key Responsibilities: Plan and oversee annual budget and expenditure for Donor Recruitment.
Oversee recruitment, training, disciplinary and performance appraisal of Donor Recruitment staff and volunteers nationally.
Develop policies, marketing and communication strategies to support growth of Donor Recruitment database.
Conduct community mapping and profiling to access and diversify the Registry nationally.
Ensure that all community events and activations are adequately planned for, resourced, reviewed and adjusted for future efficiency.
Negotiate service delivery with healthcare providers and courier companies for national facilitation of cheek swabs.
Oversee development of marketing material and content plus efficient use of social media and communication tools to drive recruitment on and offline.

Assist IT department and software developer with troubleshooting and development of custom-made CRM tool to process all applications and develop new online application system.

Plan, coordinate and participate in public events towards increased awareness and education on SABMR and debunking myths around medical procedures and application process.
Adherence to World Marrow Donor Association regulations and standards.

Radio, TV and online streamed interviews on behalf of SABMR.
