Key Responsibilities: sourcing out nurses based in America for travelling assignments that take up to 16 weeks.
Working on Bluesky, Facebook, Linkedin and Indeed to recruit the candidates.
Collecting documents and screening the resume, creating the candidate’s profile, and making sure it meets the client’s needs.
Guiding the candidates through the onboarding process, keeping them warm until their start date.
Learning more about American culture making it easier for communication or building rapport with candidates.
