Key Responsibilities: Duties were selling both Gas and Electricity to residents in the United Kingdom by offering the best rates which would procure for the client for each hour of each day.
We would do end to end sales entailing that we would require the clients personal details right through to their banking details : bank account numbers sort codes as well bank name and their debits dates and also get letters of authorities signed by the customer and sent back, thus granting us permission to speak to the bank as well as the suppliers to change their rates once their current contract is up.
