Key Responsibilities: Manage business units of 25-30 clients (In 2023, I assisted with growing and maintaining our revenue to 650K per month, with a GP/Margin of 35% to 48%)

Lead teams and provide mentorship or support to fellow colleagues

Ensure a professional client service experience, as well as build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships on behalf of the company

Manage the onboarding experience for new clients joining a business unit

Assist with ongoing client needs and work to achieve their expectations

Lead conversations on project progress and status with stakeholders

Help identify and establish new business opportunities for existing clients

Manage, analyse and forecast financial performance of business units

Drive operational innovation to improve internal efficiency and output
