Events Management:
Bookings and Operations
Responding to inbound enquiries, sending quotations, processing bookings on relevant platforms such as Lodgify, Airbnb, Booking.com; converting enquiries into bookings; providing guest support and resolution of any issues that may arise throughout the booking process; communicating with all stakeholders including guests, homeowners, agents, estate staff, cleaning teams; advising and participating in new process development and optimization of current processes; staff training; sales of Euphoric Cards; invoicing and reconciliations on Xero; proof reading of marketing material.
Property Management:
Onboarding of new homes including site inspections and vetting of new properties prior to listing; project management including maintenance; sourcing of quotes for repairs and maintenance; management of contractors; replacement of damaged items; payment of 3rd party suppliers on homeowner’s behalf; quality assurance – inventory management and regular preventative maintenance inspections; property improvement and upgrade consultations; supervision of housekeepers and/or cleaning companies; communication with homeowners regarding property management priorities and status updates.
