Key Responsibilities: Manage the topics and tasks of a group of content writers.

Develop the entire content calendar and strategy.

Oversee content video production and editorial consistency.

Maintain SEO practices and optimisations.

Research and plan keywords and gated assets in line with buyer personas and content marketing strategy.

Manage all social media platforms, including a podcast, YouTube channel, and LinkedIn page.

Overhaul website landing pages with refined content, rich media, and videos in collaboration with the Growth Manager.

Ensure each content asset is proofread, polished, and published.

Prepare monthly growth reports and opportunities.

Attend Salesforce events and brush up on release notes to identify market trends.

Oversee and draft product-related and brand-related content.
