Assisting customers to locate their orders, helping them navigate their apps to reduce effort and helping them with returns and payment methods.

Assisting drivers scan into their designated stations, assisting them to locate the customer’s packages and assisting them to locate addresses.

Assisting drivers to scan packages and navigate through their Rabbit apps and troubleshooting.

Overseeing 10+ online assistants – Assisting them in reaching their targets as well as provided one on one and group coaching sessions.

Ensuring assistants apply relevant policies to their work in-order to reach their goals.

Contact mining performed to ensure the quality of contacts are good and up to standard to improve customers’ experience.

I had the responsibility of cold calling potential customers and addressing their pain points as well as explaining how we can remedy that as a business.
