Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Key Responsibilities: Actively engage with a diverse client base, conducting regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business goals and objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and manage a portfolio of customers and deals.
Develop and implement digital strategies for clients. Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, paid advertising, etc.).
Develop and track key performance metrics to measure customer success initiatives, and make strategic decisions.
Measure and improve customer satisfaction through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders, providing insights into performance trends and opportunities.
