Key Responsibilities: Combining traditional marketing and implementing new age digital strategies to increase the digital footprint of the company in South and Sub-Sahara Africa.
Digital branding/marketing and implementation of the e-commerce website.
Maintain, optimize and develop current digital assets including a digitization strategy/roadmap
Create and manage all digital promotions and incentives in line with marketing strategy.
Create and manage all e-mail marketing campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights to optimise results.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Oversee all Social Media strategies.
Coordinate and collaborate with all vendors, suppliers and head office stakeholders relating to digital assets.
Manage and optimise Search Engine Marketing for the company.
Support Key Account Managers with all tasks related to marketing to support Key Account Management strategies.
Setup instant campaign-reporting and report back on RoI for all campaigns
Setup a KPI system for our Digitization strategy / roadmap which allows us to set measurable targets to track the progress and overall success.
