Job Title: Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Strategist

Duration: 22

Key Responsibilities: First line of call in interfacing and partnering with USA clients in understanding their corporate marketing, recruitment marketing and employer branding requirements; whilst proactively identifying and generating further ideas to inspire their brand awareness and positioning.

Consult, unpack, scope and develop long-term strategic marketing goals, simultaneously attending to the daily, weekly and monthly marketing deliverables of our respective clients.

Interface with clients on their requests, with assurance to utilizing personal skill set, knowledge and experience (but not limited to) i.e. copywriting, advertising, content management, corporate branding, recruitment marketing and digital and online media advertising.

Facilitate, direct, manage and action clients’ deliverables through best utilizing the marketing teams’ skills, knowledge and expertise to their full potential.

Partner with our clients to identify the full marketing ecosystem and ideal channels to market through leveraging off multiple new-generation digital and social media channels and more.

Execute on marketing strategies which will stimulate lead generation, working closely with the sales team to convert and recognize sales.

Ongoing market research to ensure that we keep abreast with new industry trends, competitive advantage, concepts, techniques, tools and technologies with a view to continuous improvement and exceeding our customer expectations.
