Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.

Identify strategic weaknesses in clients digital marketing plan and social media strategy, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and inform management of relevant changes that impact the company’s marketing activities.

Set measurable key performance indicators (KPI’s) for social media campaigns, such as target number of shares or likes.

Measure campaign performance against established KPI’s, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
