Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales operations business for Sub-Saharan Africa across new business and renewals for all segments – Emerging/ Commercial/ Enterprise /Telco
Responsible for overall pipeline management, SFDC hygiene, internal and channel forecasting, revenue vs goal tracking, weekly reporting to EMEA Leadership team, order management, contract management, bid desk approvals and XFN team collaboration with legal, finance and revenue teams
Champion bi-weekly business updates with the SSA teams
Weekly forecast tracking per segment with team leads
Quarter end business management – ensuring all orders are triaged, booked and counted for quarter end closing
Regional Quarterly Business Review prep
Analysis and enhancement of Sales processes to optimise for revenue impact
Annual team goal setting with the Leadership team
Sales operations enablement internally and with the channel partners
