As a trainer/facilitator I have the honor of playing a role in the academic, interpersonal and e-learning and leadership development of others. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Strategic processes for training
Provide support and manage facilitators, participants, content developers
Coordinate and manage all the face-to-face training courses
Coordinate and manage The Western Cape Government Programme (all training courses)
Management of training and programme budgets (Forecasting, Actuals, Reporting)
Obtaining Quotations, strategically planning and advising on the best options of which providers and vendors to use
Processing of Invoices
Attend to all logistical requirements (Travel, accommodation, Venues, Catering, etc.)
Content Management – Creation, Maintenance and Quality Assurance of the Online School & E-learning Content, register learners for the various courses, Issuing Certificates, Reporting on Attendance and Portfolio of Evidence
Compile and Manage the Students Training Packs for Face-to-Face training
Management & Maintenance of Online School
CPD Accreditation – Coordinating and management of the CPD Accreditation processes.
