Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to providers to determine if the provider information on file is correct before an insurance claim is submitted
Works specifically with the pre-approval of filling prescribed medication orders to ensure the proper insurance coverage and efficacy for the drug used.
Answer high-volume inbound customer calls via an automated phone system.
Communicate effectively and professionally with teammates and healthcare professionals.
Consistently meet and attained Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Perform other duties as required.
