Interaction with UK merchants providing free Demo’s via Google meetings, face to face email or video calls.

Collaborative sessions with Merchants to resolve technical issues, administrative assistance, App bugs and portfolio queries and general support on CRM system.

Planning and canvassing for campaign ideas to market products. Responding to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns through various channels (phone, email & chat).

Providing accurate and helpful information about products or services.
