Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: The development of the digital and social media marketing strategy for six key brands

Aligning strategy to ensure commercial and brand equity outcomes.

Social Media: Managing and curating thes Instagram and Facebook profiles.

Drawing up planning documents and strategy, sourcing imagery, writing copy, briefing the design team and scheduling posting.

Design: Managing the in-house design team, as well as external agencies in creating digital creative, as well as general advertising material.

Content: Designing content plans for the brand and arranging external creatives (photographers, designers, stylists, recipe developers, etc.) to fulfil the needs of the brands.

Community Management: Maintaining and responding to all interaction from the public on social media and other diverse platforms

Media Buying: Devise a short-, mid- and long-term strategy for digital marketing spend.

Managing budgets and running decisive paid campaigns.

Creative: Writing and editing copy and directing design to fit various media platforms – both below and above the line marketing for all brands. The platforms include: print, TV and digital.

Make all copy SEO compliant.

Sales: Formulate comprehensive strategies for direct-to-consumer and third-party e-commerce operations, as well as digital media placements, leveraging consumer insights and marketing strategies within the company’s environment.

Influencer Campaigns: Identifying nano, micro and macro influencers for tailor-made and brand specific campaigns.

Research & Reporting: Researching ever-changing trends and developments in media and reporting on brand performances on a monthly basis.
