Key Responsibilities: All daily bookkeeping functions including cash books, bank recons, creditors, debtors, wages, UIF, sales reps commissions, loading payments and purchasing of consumables.
Run around between grading, binding, printing, embroidery and fabric suppliers as well as other errands.
Photographing of garments and models, cut-outs in Photoshop and creation of brochures and adverts for marketing as well as social media management.
Loading of products and banners onto online store as well as online customer support.
Artworks for swing tags, neck labels, sidewinders and doll tags. Birthed and implemented new range including researching trends, sourcing fabrics and trims, working with sample department to create samples and patterns, inhouse grading and marking, creating costings and cut sheets, overseeing production and assisting with marketing
