Job Title: Client Lead

Duration: 16

Key Responsibilities: Report into Founding Partner and Head of Client Service

Portfolio of +-R25 Million per annum

Management of retention and growth with existing clients

Develop the strategic direction of accounts

Develop Strategic Account Plans to plan the future growth of the accounts

Overseeing of the project delivery team to ensure resource ownership and responsibility for projects.

Maintain strategic overview of account, and proactively advise client on new innovations, risks/issues, etc and contribute to strategic planning meetings with client

Responsibility for account/project profitability and maintaining agreed retainer and project income

In-depth understanding of financial status of account at all times, with a strong focus to increase monthly targets and billings

Financial forecasting for the Business Unit for 12 months

Responsibility for negotiating and establishing financial arrangements with client, intercompany hubs and external suppliers.

Actively looking for new business within existing portfolio and new leads
