Key Responsibilities: Being a marketing strategist on the new business development team meant that I was responsible for creating strategic proposals and RFPs aimed at converting opportunities into leads.
My role involved developing strategies for a wide range of marketing services, including PR, digital marketing, branding, influencer marketing, content marketing, experiential marketing, podcast production, and holiday creation.
Managing the proposals and RFP processes, from analysis through to development, I ensured the delivery of KPI-oriented results.
I collaborated with cross-functional teams—branding, PR, and sales—to align on creative ideas, ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
Additionally, I conducted introduction meetings with potential clients to identify their business challenges and developed tailored strategies to address their needs.
I was also tasked with outbound marketing efforts, focusing on holiday strategies that targeted CEOs and CMOs, designed to drive sales and convert leads.
In my design role, I created visually compelling presentation templates for marketing proposals and RFPs, along with web banners and graphics that enhanced our digital presence and supported ongoing campaigns.
