_ Coaching new agents on what is required to effectively run the business on a daily basis – also guiding them on how they are marked when assessing their calls for Quality assurance.
_ Making value-added sales.
_ Managing Customers’ arrears
_ Ensuring regular contact with our customers/ clients to maintain them as our subscribers
_ Answering customer inquiries and providing any required information on company services and products, to promote good relationships with customers and potential customers.
